There’s a whole method to the eating 30 minutes after waking. No caffeine on an empty stomach and also getting in a walk soon after that really benefits weight loss. It was one of the method I did with my high protein diet that I’m definitely getting back to.
My baby is a month old and I’ve been organizing her dresser this way and it’s really helpful. Being able to see what she’s worn and what matches makes it so much quicker to get her dressed.

I couldn’t tell if we fold clothes similarly but mine are usually flat in the drawer and organize my color/style because I have so many graphic tees. Then my closet is sorted in a rainbow. Both makes it easier for me to see and find clothing but I notice I still gravitate to certain items so it might be time to go through them all again
