After convincing of sales man, I purchased it for my daughterand they created lot of problems finally I realised that I purchased the problems. Never responded properly, somany times written mails the sales man also never lifted the calls.
No commitments, ethics for them. This is the cause for present situation.

I purchased a course for my son 1.2 lacks they (Byju's) have come to my house with Bajaj's finance associate they were (Baju's) promising an Apple tablet and personalized video conference course and assistance the tablet was not an Apple and never got the courses for my son. However. Bajaj still sending people at my house to collect money and even using violence and scaring my family to get money from them for their scams.

I had also joined Byju's as a Business development associate in Bangalore Headquarters on September 26, 2023 in which it had mentioned in the offer letter provided to me that a stipend of Rs 10K would be given but now January is coming but the whereabouts of the stipend is not known. I love the product they have built. Providing high quality education to large scale of students is very good idea. I am proud that an Indian start up could do so. But unfortunately many big mistakes such as buying things at any cost, burning money like hell for marketing made it fall. Let the company be in loss - to pay their employees with reasonable pay but not for marketing. It is famous now and doesn't need much marketing. Should continue to develop educational content. Hope that they will make good decisions and bounce back. Make Indian students make use of tech to grow faster.

@@umakavoori2815 First of all, I liked the idea of "Providing high quality of education to large scale of students". I didn't praise their management skills. They couldn't manage many things. In my opinion following are important reasons for their tough time:
1. High marketing spend especially sponsoring cricket and deal with messi when they are struggling for money. They should have avoided such things.
2. Disrupting job market by giving multiples of salaries to acquire talent when they had money and hurting employees by delaying or not paying them when the company is short of money.
Free content I see on youtube provided by them is of great quality. Be it content, editing, animations and creativity. Talented people built good quality of videos. That might have come with huge cost. Paying high salaries may be the reason. It's definitely a mistake. But I too didn't expect funding winter and they won't be able to pay. So I am not eligible to say that they are wrong.
3. (this may not be that strong reason) High ticket size for packages which few category of people may not afford.
There can be many reasons I may not be aware of. If I am sure how to do it exactly, I would have built a successful company with my name😂
