A very nice property and very well presented. Given its location, I'd use it as a high end vacation property. Great views too, everything about it is nice and welcoming. I really like it. The price.... I can see why they are asking that much, but I will say you've shown nicer properties for less. It's a lovely house, but it is the location why it's that high and they have already reduced it. They might have to consider reducing again.
