Waxed fire cord inside paracord is not new. I liked the necklace ferro rod and striker, one of the better ones i have seen, so i purchased one. I got rid of the magnetic cord. The snap magnet wasn't strong enough. Also the hexigan ferro rod design has been around awhile now also.it's a good design giving you more surface area to scrape. Good video.
