You could tell right away you were dealing with an idiot by the way she was holding her phone in the upright position to record. It seems to be taking forever for people to catch on.
99% by the vids I have watched, especially in London and the Midlands/North, The Migrant hotel Audits are really bad, Uneducated, non English Speaking 'Apart from NOT ALLOWED', Zero Knowledge of UK, think they can go hands on at any time, and worst of all, backed up by the Police who are just as bad or even more thick as Mince.
Silly Cow has a" found" hoodie on, a walkie talkie , but she's not official . Its just as well you're seeking content, but if it was me getting the 3rd degree, i'd tell em to fark off!
If that lady has used her personal phone to take the photos, the moment she finishes work and goes home and still has those images on her personal phone then that is also a breach of GDPR
03:35 She says they've got video of you taking pictures of their building. Huh? So now she DOES work for them! She's definitely put herself in it for gross misconduct right there by saying she didn't work for them and talking to a member of public in the way she did and then saying it's her building. That means she either owns the building (I highly doubt that!) or she does indeed work for that company. Definitely grounds for misconduct right there.
What building is that which was being filmed ? All those people coming out must mean there is something inside of great importance that they want to protect, nobody sends out 7 security because one bloke is on the pavement filming ? and why are the Police getting involved in a bloke taking a video of a building, are they being paid as private security for that same building ?
That's how it's done when u know ur rights.. Am I detained.. Brilliant! If everybody knew this they wouldn't get people on stupid charges after talking 2 them..
I'd love to be able to prove she does work for them because if she does then she's lying to a member of the public whilst working for that company. I would really hope they'd take a very dim view of that and sack her for gross misconduct. If she doesn't work for them then where did she just 'find' a top like that? Sounds like a load of BS to me.
A 20 minute confrontation for them in the end to tell you what you told them at the very start. Public place and legal so FO guys. If 7 photographers ganged up on one security ejit would they like it?
People in London still don't get that people take photos of buildings? Even that security manager was overstating what they deem to be suspicious. Just doing their job is no excuse...someone's indoctrinating them. As for the City police....they're taking the mick....they can't not know about all the legal work going on in the area with cameras. They're continuing to do this even though there's enough stuff on here, that comes to nothing when they're called out. Did one of them mention "Hostile"? Perhaps their time would be better spent checking up on security guards not showing their cards or training their despatchers about cameras!
Seven security personnel, three police officers all investigating a none crime. My home was broken into and valuables worth several thousand pounds were stolen. The criminals also stole my new car and drove it round the city for three weeks completely wrecking it before a keen eyed member of the public reported it to the police as suspicious. When I reported the crime a bored voice on the other end of the line gave me an incident number to give to my insurance company. Several weeks later I received a phone call from the police informing me that although they had caught the people driving my car they had insufficient evidence to prosecute them.
Didn’t realise that I lived in a country with so many camera shy buildings, security lady, absolutely awful, I can see her making up stories to fit the narrative, and that copper, what a bigoted idiot.
If there's nothing wrong with filiming the build then why do they respond? While two streets away a teenager is probably being stabbed or someones car being stolen.
Well handled, a new sub from me. It astounds me that private security think that they can demand to know why you have so many cameras or filming their premises, the cops are just as bad. I would say two tier policing but apparently you can soon be arrested for saying that. I need to book a flight to England and visit London with a camera to see this stupidity first hand.
Police ALWAYS want a yes/no to some of their questions, but it's usually impossible to get a response to "am i detained", just ask that from the outset, they say "of course not sir", " did i say you were detained.?", "why are you here.?", walk away.... simple If they then tackle you/grab you.. it's illegal..
How a police call should go regards public photography. "Hello 999 what is your emergency"? "Hello, there's a guy outside taking photos of the buildings, streets etc , we don't like it, send the police! " Did he enter your premises and take photos "? " No but he's outside still taking pictures"! Did he approach you in a threatening manner "? " Err no" "I'm sorry sir but taking photos or video in public is not a crime, There is no law that prevents him from taking pictures or video in public of buildings, people streets etc. Now Sir, did you know there is a fixed fine/penalty for using a emergency number and wasting police time when the none emergency line would have sufficed?. May I have you name address and DOB please".
That ignorant woman with the terrible attitude could not even spell GDPR! Police - You seem to be filming the building, *which is OK* ...... why the feck are you even speaking to him Mr. Plod Police - Do you understand why the Police have been called - *Yeah for a completely lawful act of filming* *WELL PLAYED Ay_audits - handled very well*
Totally agree....What a futile attempt to try & incriminate someone that is doing nothing wrong.Hearsay by security outsiders is getting out of control & we should be able to sue under defamation laws.
City of London police were the best in the land back in the day. Proper coppers. 🚓. Such a shame the standards have fallen so low. As for the Met I’m embarrassed for the real ones 🐽 oink oink 🐽
Never, "do you know what's going on, or you know what we're talking about", never, it's always "understand", a legal clause of status and inferior disposition. So, for anyone new to the game. Never understand, it's as good as saying i'm a villain up to no good , especially when a policeman gets you to casually agree. And boy, did he say understand enough times, which clearly means the word conveys far more meaning than is understood by Joe Schmo Inc...They knew you knew your rights, so much so i could hear him grinding his teeth.
Am I being detained here? Yes or no? WHY is it always impossible for police to just answer a simple yes or no question? Because they know that as soon as they say that someone isn't detained then the person will walk off and they can't "engage" with them anymore. They don't understand that by not even answering yes or no means that someone IS NOT detained.
After certain things happen, you don’t feel the same way about people anymore no matter what. There seems to be a lack of knowledge, mutual respect and understanding here. While a lot of, suspicion, fear, guilt over nonsense.
Who on earth does hostile recognisance, blatantly and in public? surely if someone is recording for nefarious reasons, both cameras would be hidden and done sneakily!?
Security had a lot of staff on , you must have been the highlight of their week. The security woman with the phone and radio wasn't very professional must have been her first day as she was too embarrassed to admit to being a goon. The copper was also unprofessional too, he hadn't got a clue either. The only one with any professionalism was the Asian PC.
That woman with the phone was a disgrace
It was outrageous behaviour by all of them, how dare they interrogate a member of the public on the street a hundred yards from their building?
@@glazunov5562 Yes and they all came a long way to a8use our rights. 'Eastern European' has become the new 'British'.
A gutter snipe street urchin.
Egotistical tyrant
Christ that city cop had the same shitty attitude as a MET cop, i wonder if he transferred over? 😳
City are worse
More security with single digit IQ
And that’s all of them combined, not each!
Perfect for the English police force
Even within the City of London police standards have fallen to dismal levels of rudeness and incompetence. British policing really is in the latrine.
Agree, city of London police used to better quality than the met.
Police attended for a man taking photos.... Yeeeeeaah! 😊 Seriously I feel to dust off my old camera and tripod and head back into London!
Same here.
Our country is fooked
I am realy sick of this, a guy on the street is approach by business employees and asked what is he doing with his camera and the police back them up.
Both factions equally as daft as each other.😊
The hypocrisy, they take pictures & film the public, yet when you do it to them, they don't like it!
You could tell right away you were dealing with an idiot by the way she was holding her phone in the upright position to record. It seems to be taking forever for people to catch on.
“Am I detained?”
“No”
“Goodbye”
That is the only way to deal with them.
Yeah, but they really hate saying the “no” bit…
Where have all the English gone?
its historic jewish financial quarter not english lol
Being pushed out into rural areas to escape big city politics and the ensuing madness.
I like the way you handled the cops, brilliant work.
Security would have been told to get on their bike and skedaddle 😊as for the police... totally embarrassing, well handled👍
It's security just don't answer any questions.
They also must provide their names as well as their numbers.
How many foregioners are there in security roles 🤦♂️🤦♂️
Barbers, security, uber drivers, delivery drivers - part time jobs until they become Doctors, Engineers, Teachers and Lawyers!
@Dangerous_Brian irrelevent, im on about security inparticular

Terrarists, what are they ?
No they invade our country on boats 99% of them men aged 16-45
They use Google maps and street view. 🤔.
Good decision to walk away - they'd already made idiots of themselves, and you saved us a lot of copsplaining.
Very well done indeed! Not detained and you walked away as you had every right to do. Excellent.

Hate it when they come of the boats and get put straight into a uniform.
There security for the building not public streets, well done ay great audit.
Who exactly do these no clue security guards think they are to come out and question the public?
That officer would not answer the question.
Great confrontation. Very enjoyable to watch. Its Yardley right ? 😂😂😂❤

You're one camera over the legal limit!
WTF has happened to this country have we turned into North Korea
Yes! UK is the worlds North Korea of Woke!
Since when did the security of this country start being policed by a malitia and not the police which we pay for
If AY was carrying out hostile reconnaissance the company so called security would never know.

AY you know you can’t film in a foreign country.
You cant be detained for further investigation on the street, they can only detain using stop and search powers
Bet you hurt the cops feelings you didn't let them get the last little word in
Cameras on every building street in cars but someone walking and filming oh no such a issue 🤪😮💨😵💫🤯😡
The security and police calling anyone filming these days as doing hostile reconnaissance is pathetic.

city cops for anyone who doesn't know. they are cops for corporate business total different
Doesn't mean they can pull their own made up laws out of their arses and pass them off as genuine laws to the public..
Is it a requirement to be foreign to work in security
Is he standing in the road for his safety....😅
The entitlement and self perceived power of security guards is beyond ridiculous these days!
You talk too much tell them to kiss off and walk away they have no right to interrogate you on the street
"I don't answer to you", "you have no authority here" would be appropriate responses
How come plod can’t respond to shoplifting but can, time after time, turn out for cameras
Didn’t realise that I lived in a country with so many camera shy buildings, security lady, absolutely awful, I can see her making up stories to fit the narrative, and that copper, what a bigoted idiot.

Did any of them tell you they were recording? If they didn't then pretty sure as working for a company as security they have to don't they?
QQ. How do you know their phones are personal phones and not work provided phones?
just wait until ppl release they are on cameras all day everyday
So lets say anyone walking with a walking stick could be deemed as carrying an offensive weapon ?
