Is this better than normal lifting simulator

Depends on how you look at it. Personally I like it better because of the great settings and great community that bring back the great times of OG LS. Lots of people like it because it's easier and more lenient with events. I hope this helps!

What gamepasses are worth it?

I would say 2x coins, muscle, conceal and fast lifter are really good gamepasses that will greatly benefit you.

This game is easy to grind ?

It has better multiplier opportunities than regular lifting simulator, so I would say yes and no.
