There is some truth to this but if you look at it realistically without cops giving crims a hard time the whole crim aspect to the role play becomes boring as there is no consequences when cops be too lenient. But in saying that some cops do need to chill especially on those boring days when no banks etc are being done. Then that's when you see some dickhead moves like speeding tickets turning into 7 cops car chaces etc
