everything he said about sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming is true, I’ve had three lucid dreams all the past 3 times I’ve had sleep paralysis, basically when you have sleep paralysis you’re half awake and asleep so you can knowingly drift back into your dream and learn to control what happens TO AN EXTENT
It's pretty rad the ability to bypass loss of conciseness during the transition from a waking brain to a sleeping brain and maintain awareness throughout the absolutely crazy lightshow in your minds eye, which becomes as sharp and vivid as painting, and creates the dreamscape that you land in like a bubble. It can be very freaky and that's why it's hard to do. Also there's a chance that you'll get attacked by dark entities from your subconscious, they can't hurt you but the fear is very real. If you've never experienced sleep paralysis it's when your body locks down to prevent you from acting out your dreams. Once that's done the brain is primed to be in sleep, if you close your eyes and remained relaxed you're brain will take itself there. That's the best I can describe it.
