I do prefer the old way (only using the brush tool) simply because the process is reversible, which allows me to make changes in a greater degree of variability and all shots of changes afterward anytime.
BTW, I appreciate all the hard work and great tutorials.

I really appreciate all of the hard work you and your team put in. One request that I have is if you could accompany your videos with a step by step reference that we can go to after the viewing. Most of the time I feel as though I have the techniques down from your instructions however a week or two goes by without using them and I have to go back and review the video for the proper steps and tools... It would be super helpful to just reference a document outlining the process. I could even see paying for such a resource. Thanks again and please keep up the amazing work!

Great tutorial! I use very similar techniques but I use the mixer brush tool for polishing (much easier IMO).
