It is Mega-Brutal. You can set the speed at 0.25x, at 0:21, difficulty is set to Mega-Brutal There was 2 initial spawns. Here is a breakdown of what happened + 1st group of Insurgent spawned in Echo Juliet (1:43) then retreated to Echo Oscar (1:50) => 1 camp spawned in Echo Oscar + 2nd group of Insurgent spawned in Echo Kilo (1:45). I did try to search all the adjacent zones but no camp => 1 camp spawned in Echo Kilo

Yes the spawns are random. It took me a couple of restarts to get the desired spawn
This cannot be mega brutal. You only got one spawn I always get two?
