Even dumber the “court orders” of “you can’t wear expensive clothes” and “give me both of your cars”. It’s infuriating, WTF is wrong with family court. It’s misused seemingly 24/7 and it’s so obvious when someone is playing the system with ridiculous court requests like those two, and showing up at his house (multiple times) after requesting a restraining order. Needs to be a harsh punishment for perjury and extremely harsh punishment for abusing/misusing the family court system (such as when a person wants to steal all their ex husband’s/ex wife’s money & assets)

Given that men usually get full rights to child custody unless you have a history of violence/abuse or can't financially care for the child (this works on both ends), then I'm not sure how you can resonate at all with this video. There's clearly some reason why you're having an issue with it.
The main thing is that most men choose not to want fully custody, so they opt for 50/50 or the mother taking the child and paying child support. Having a child at full custody means a man cannot work because they now have to care for the child themselves, or they hire a babysitter to watch it full time which costs a massive amount of money.
This interferes with monetary gain and daily life. It's the moment a man realizes how important a housewife is in the equation and what they provide in a relationship.
Hence, why most men opt for 50/50 or give custody to the woman and pay them child support, because they likely won't be able to work due to raising kids. It's easier for men to do this than be able to bear the responsibilities of work and taking custody of a kid, raising it, doing all of the activities that go along with it which is roughly equal to a full time job.
This is pretty statistically proven across most custody cases.

Keep in mind that this could happen to anyone. You're hearing this mainly from famous people, such as xQc, because they're just that. Famous. You as the regular person do not have the war chest (financials) to win in a court of law that is "believe all women". It doesn't even have to be a divorce case. It could be the SA case described in the video as well, or if you're as unlucky as xQc, both at once.
Just some stats to keep in mind:
    - Women file for divorce 70% of the time, with some sources going as far up as 78% (you can google this easily)
    - Almost 50% of marriages end in divorce (United States)
    - 41% of all first marriages end in divorce (United States)
    - Women win child custody rights a staggering 90% of the time (any law firm site's statistics will tell you this)
Before you think "I'll never get married, so this can't happen to me", check if you live in a common law state or country, because then it doesn't matter. If the woman can argue for a common law marriage (i.e. you've been living together for a substantial amount of time and behaved like a couple), then she can still literally divorce you.
Please tread carefully these days where women throw divorce parties and upload them on TikTok.
Please be careful in a world where divorce is REWARDING for the woman, giving them INCENTIVE to do so.
Please be careful in a world that is believe all women.
The average man does NOT have the money, nor support, to battle this. It can happen to ANYONE.
Carefully vet the woman you plan on moving in with and/or marrying.
Carry receipts (texts, messages, finances, agreements, everything) so that you have an easy track record.
For every case you hear about, there are several you don't, because the man does not have celebrity status.
Also, look at how many cases these celebrities have actually won in this position. Spoiler alert, it's not many. They usually just end up settling, because a prolonged legal battle can not only hurt their wallets, but also their reputation. Johnny Depp VS Amber Heard was a pivotal moment, and I am so glad that xQc was able overcome this.
I wish it wasn't this way, but right now, it's far too easy for women who want to play the system.
I'm not saying that ALL women are like this, but in today's information world, you sure hear about it a lot. Now think of all the cases you don't hear about, simply because the man isn't a headline name...
    Stay strong.
    Stay focused.

Yes you hear about it a lot bc it plays on your fear. Meanwhile in the courts that “believe all women” see how many end up with no justice for women hurt by abusers, rapists, predators. Even in these instances, it’s also the women with the most resources that are able to get justice. Also, the politicians and legislators that lead to the courts always favoring women are a MAJORITY men. I for one, wished the judge would’ve let my dad take me from my abusive mom who is exactly destructive and cruel with false allegations against my dad. It literally only happened bc she didn’t bother showing up to any court cases. But for every woman like my mother, there are countless more that get worse treatment under the laws and men. My own dad discounted my abuse as less than his even though she punished me for him finding a better woman to be with. At least he could get away with just angry texts and calls and paying child support that was scarcely used on my survival. So sorry that the “believe all women” scares you. It never worked on my dad bc he was a good guy and my mother was such a shit person (even though she put on a decent mask) that looking at all her relationships with people around her showed she’s the type to lie nd be cruel. The only men that should be afraid of an accusation are the ones with shit character. Although, maybe not, even Ted Bundy was well regarded.

Your dad has a good character I believe and he still lost in the court. People like to talk about the extremes like false allegations, or r*pe cases but the everyday of court is HEAVILY in favour of women proven by the original comments. Marriage and kids is something most people in life want and it’s simple that it benefits women in court.

He went easy on the whole McLaren thing, basically allowing her to do whatever with it for months in LA. He didn't dig in and start fighting hard until much later. You heard X say it in the video. His lawyers kept asking do you want peace? or justice? He said peace at multiple different junctures over the months. Was he willing to pay $$ monthly compensation? Maybe not. But he allowed her full use of the LA home and didn't try to kick her out. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if she's still allowed there or staying there even now. If she used a softer approach and touch I think he would have drawn up a settlement giving her the house officially. She did want more, that's her right. She was with X through his rise and supported him during his comeup as his partner.

I think the reason she so brazenly is doing this is because she either wants to tear XQC down as a form of retribution for causing her grief, which she only has the emotional intelligence to care about the grief SHE felt while totally disregarding the grief he likely felt... OR that while the relationship with XQC is damaged, she still has a strong emotional attachment to all the luxuries and priveleges that came with dating XQC and for some sick reason she feels emotionally justified in still having a slice of that luxurious life for some delusional and entitled reason. But i've seen many a woman who will still feel completely justified in desiring the stuff surrounding the man as if proximity to those things somehow grants special rights to them. Not positive of the case, but i have seen it for long enough to know the broken logic that many people like this tend to go off of. It's got nothing to do with objective reality but rather emotional needs being fulfilled and using whatever means to ensure the emotional state matches their reality.

I think a lot of people don't like him and the fact he's "watching" videos while taking a toilet break, I don't see how race or sex has anything to do with his imo lackluster content. If people can't be honest with why they dislike him and resort to making it about race or sex, that's sad. Also, to pray for his downfall seems a bit much, not like he's a bad person as far as I can tell. Not that praying does anything anyway, but surely you reserve that for war profiteers or idk, people who have done bad stuff without facing (adequate) punishment. Ah well, guess some of his haters spend too much time online and lose the perspective of scale.

Oh yeah, plenty of his friends and streamers who met him offline has vouched how nice of a guy he is. He is just typically hated on the internet, a weird phenomenon I've observed. Probably due to him being on the spectrum and having a lot of ADHD. Conveying his ideas and takes on the internet the way he does, yet being absolute correct in morals if you decipher him correctly. Yet, those who understand him, follows him and just teases him, but truly is with him. He was a large following for a reason.

Unfortunately the only way she will face consequences is if Felix files for a defamation case, or anything in that line, against her which is cracking open a whoooole different kind of worms to prove malicious intent behind her actions, especially because of his high fame/public figure/reputation he has. It's always tough fighting in court. Maybe if Felix has the will and motivation to counter-sue he can make it possible as he has the assets to do so and after he said he wants justice and not peace anymore, he might turn around and fight instead of it all blowing over. But it will mean they will be in court for another year, maybe even two or three.. Only time will tell.

One thing that really stuck out is how he said he was able to win the court fight, and keep his 50%, then he showed us his art wall from one of the previous house that he owned, and the new owners kept it cause they liked his work.
