Why did u give this job to a unprofessional builder.there is lots of professional builders in uk who could do it professionally.u spent 75000 n gave the job to cowboy builder.unbelievable.but one thing u have done is really good which is u have signed written agreement hopefully u would get ur compensation.he needs to learn a lesson.
It is always a good idea to avoid always South East Asian especially Bangladeshi Builders, Bengali grocery shop or any kind of business I am also sufferer.
This builder is making a blunder. If the case reaches the court, he will be asked why he did take cash and his problems will just start. I would suggest him to reach an amicable settlement.

I did not know there are Bangladeshi builders in UK. Almost all the Asian builders in UK are Punjabi Sikh to be precise.
