Maybe this is a dumb question but why do you not grab the backpacks sometimes and choose to run the 10L?
Since the 10L doesn't give you movement penalty and u can also store more backpacks and loot
10L doesn't cost any movement. so when i loot i put on the next tier of backpack the 30L backpack and after I put on the 60L. I want to be fast rather slow.

she sometimes doesn't spawn in, you don't have to kill dozer for her to spawn. I don't know where you got that information.
