For my 50th birthday this year my daughter got me Mike Piazza's rookie card. My 2nd favorite Met next to Gary Carter.
"If you spend too much time in life wondering what's going through people's minds, you kind of waste a lot of time." This hits hard, but thank you for saying those wise words.
Mike is class!
Hands down my favorite Met of all time. Love Big Mike…His book was a great read. Any fan of Mike I’d 💯 recommend it. Miss this guy. 31 forever.
the only thing missing is a world series championship which he deserves hope he gets to taste that glory in coaching thanks for the great times mike
I wish the Mets had a Mike Piazza now to back up big Pete. I went to the first game after he got traded. I’ll never forget the buzz at Shea that day.
Some say Francisco Alvarez could be that guy, plays same position and can hit for power well
@@smudge9199 I sure do hope so. He was struggling in AAA until he hit that grand slam the other day. He’s only 20, he definitely has the talent to be a stud. Time will tell 🤞🤞 I sure hope they don’t trade him. They got another stud Catcher in Parada who they just drafted. Future is bright.
Piazza always comes across as a good dude...You're the best Mike!!!
Mike Piazza is my Donnie wahlberg for my generation ❤️ I had the biggest crush on him back in the day
He sounds like Ray Liotta
C + R interrupt too much
Piazza is still the greatest Met of the last 30 years.
Love watching you guys- have I missed anyone ever mentioning how much Evan looks like Max Sherzer? Still hoping even though 60 years of being a Mets and Jets fan - life is hard and bad things will happen.
...I recall watching Mike Piazza hitting the cover off the ball as he came up through LA Dodgers and AAA Albuquerque! Great beisbol! Eric Karros!
Great Interview Men, Mile is THE MAN
Wow! Spank likes the beach
It kills Craigie that his talk is limited!
Bing Bong
Really enjoyed this interview. Probably the best piazza interview I've heard since he retired.
