This was blunder. Should have hussled a bit for the Valuation. Even sharks would have agreed to 40-50 cr valuation.
They got the network plan is to sell to big shark and earn big at one go
But bro its there first fund raising, its not gonna effect much on longer run, sharks on your board can elevate tour valuation in next rounds.

I think should've gone with the 75 cr offer before because you were giving a higher share to one shark than they are getting in the all shark deal with 2.5% if we divide 2.5/5 we get 0.5% however, either anupam or amit were getting 1% before and they were getting a higher valuation, but that's just my thought process and I may be wrong

Dude they refuse 75 crore valuation for only sharks who will not be helpful for them. Such a blunder dude. They had invested around 100s of companies if they give 1 hour to every company their trun will be in 6 months. If I had to choose, i would prefer to stay on 75 crore valuation because I know sharks will never helpful for me.
