It takes a while to make sales. Most people don’t make sales until at least a month or longer. I’ve also heard that you should have at least 100+ designs listed, most successful shops I’ve seen have over a thousand. Don’t give up though you just have to be patient and give it fine

Not before starting but when you begin making money you will have to report it for tax purposes. I recommend checking out your states websites for the requirements and best time to file for an LLC as it varies by location
For example... where i live you don't need one unless you are making atleast$1500 or more for over two years. But , my county says $600 dollars or more over a year. Then my city (it's a small town) says yes you need something. Doesn't have to be a LLC but you need to be registered with the state, have a business name, and be accepted to sell. I also live in an apartment, since I can't afford to rent a store front I have to use my address. So I had to get permission from my apartments to not just sell online but I to have anything on my car promoting my business. So it all depends. Definitely do a deep dive in research. It's not this easy and this website she is using sucks.

Atleast upload 30 listings in 30 days and then complain. This is literally nothing lol.

It depends on the product cost! You pay the provider per order

Is it easy for you to file your taxes with the business you have?
You have to keep track of your revenue vs profits so it can be a bit confusing. I always work with a CPA for help
