Bro there's a difference between an invention and a business. These guys are not claiming to be inventors, they're business people. And one product is not sold by just one company unless they have a patent on it. Now I'm not sure if that US company has a patent on this or whether that patent applies in India because India has different patent laws than the USA.

Usually you are not granted a patent in India if you are not or don’t have an intention to sell your product here. Also a lot of things like pee sprays cannot be patented
i agree witth you that many ideas are copied but atleast we are making our own companies and bringing employment to our own pwople instead of straight away importing it from the west. Also as you mentioned, slowly new ideas will also come up eventually. Also sharktank India is not just about new business ideas, its about potential holding scalable business models.

So Bro the products which are already made in us are 10x expensive than a product made in india due to less tax and import duties. Also there is very less innovative area for basic products like an app for taxis or a product like pee safe. Yes it seems it is a rip off of a certain product but there isn't the product like that in India . So it makes kind of sense to manufacture it an acquire the market share in that area . That's all .
