I had the same issue and I couldn't find a way to get the audio files so I said to myself fuck it, I got the game and completed the arcade mode with fatal fury team then the voices lines were available in the extra features of the game, all I did is record them in high quality and port them to smash
Ah yeah, I know that feel. I had to do a lot of tedious work years ago to get audio files too. Although, is there any chance you'd be able to post his audio files somewhere? I've been eager to use his lines for a project, but if it's too much of a hassle then I understand.
