The War dogs one is a badass one too about how they trained dogs that were born after the outbreak how to hunt zombies and the ones born before the outbreak would turn on their handles nd attack anything in sights when they smelled a zombie
There’s also the Russian accounts, the one with the priest who turned Russia into a theocracy and the one of the girl who is trying to give birth for her country…
This one was hard to sit through but just as important given the real world threat of misinformation spread across the media. Covid cemented that threat. I think another thing Max Brooks accomplishes here is that not every piece of zombie media needs to be social commentary but the best ones often are.
