How many years later the island can be completed, can you guess it? And what do you think about the rental income and capital appreciation after that time passed?
Estimated 2028. Expectations are high, as demand will definitely increase. Since there will be a limited number of projects on the island, it can potentially repeat the history of Palm Jumeirah or at least something close to it. In my opinion rental returns for beachfront properties can potentially reach 10%, and capital gains at least 50%+. Thatâs pretty conservative ð
10years+. Too long-winded to put on a message however in a nutshell the Plots on the Jane island are slowly drip Farid into the market as overtime they gain value per square foot if that makes sense. Very similar to plots selling in JVC.
Video guys however you missed off the best development which is Mina Al Arab.
