    I feel like some negative comments have gotten to you, I don't like to see how apologetic and defensive you've gotten :( if you are doing intermittent fasting, say so! whoever has a problem with it can simmer in their disdain or leave, who cares! Wearing your workout clothes all day is normal! Not immediately showering after a workout (regarding your previous video) is not gross, you're literally just a normal human doing normal things, please stop apologizing about it! Stop reading negative comments, just be yourself, we love you and show up for you as you are. :)

    I’m loving this video so so much. It shows multiple meals that are high volume and with decent protein intake for training. Some influencers show like three meals with minimal calories - which is absolute bollocks. This is healthy and supports training. Brilliant. You go girl! 👏

I meal prep a similar way as you, however there are some new things I showed in this video that I want to try, so thank you for the ideas. Please continue to make videos like this every so often.     Lan, you’re my favourite TH-camr and this doesn’t change that, but I do feel that this video should come with a big ED trigger warning, I had to stop after hearing 50cal from greens is too much for you. 😬 You look incredible and you should be so proud for achieving your aesthetic goals, but to anyone else reading this - you absolutely don’t need to lose weight, get toned, count calories or anything else, not now, not before your wedding, not if it brings you any kind of negative energy. Love is not earned, kept or conditioned with looking socially desirable!! ❤️

    Diet culture, calorie counting, body image, and all the stuff that comes with it is very triggering for people. I know people like to diet hard when gearing up for a wedding but like, live your life, love your body in all its many seasons and changes. Don’t starve yourself for 1 day of your life! Health is subjective and doesn’t look the same for everyone. I’m 46 so I have some perspective on this. Enjoy your youth but don’t deprive yourself or put cruel expectations on yourself. It’s not worth it! Trust me - I’m old and I know 😂 Don’t waste your limited time on this earth comparing your body to others. Move your body, eat what your body needs and enjoy your life. Your journey is not everyone’s journey so be kind to yourself and others. But also, diets are bullshit 👍 Thank you for coming to my TedTalk 😂

    Roughly 1150 calories fro 3 meals? How do you still workout eating that low amount? I really hope you're fueling yourself with other food as well on the daily!

      But remember there’s also the protein coffee calories snack bar calories. So it probably tops it up to a better level.

      She’s taking a ton of additional protein add-ons: the protein coffee + protein bars are at least a few extra hundred calories a day. She’s using a certified trainer, I wouldn’t worry

    I just wanted to say thank you. You inspired me to start a health kick back in January. I don’t know what is was about you but it has stuck for the last 6 months and I feel fantastic.     Please don’t take this the wrong way, but… Is your trainer also a nutritionist or registered dietitian? Pre wedding strict diet? Coffee as an appetite suppressant? Restricting AND counting calories? Fasting? As an ED specialist this is extremely concerning, and even more so that people in these comments are praising this behavior💔

    Ugh. Meal prep goals. I’m getting married next year and want to wear my mom’s dress that she made for her wedding to my dad. And she was 50 lbs lighter than I am now 😵💀 wish me luck. Definitely going to pick up some of these! And try out some of these meals 🙌

    I’m glad I’m not the only one who fixates on eating the same thing over and over and over again ( with slight variations ). When I find something I love to eat it makes meal prep so much easier. But I have this weird sense of guilt for not trying new things or feeling embarrassed to tell people I eat the same thing everyday. Also I am a trained chef so peoples’ expectation is that I should be creating different dishes every single day. But I don’t. And I love it so Ha!

    I too will eat the same thing over and over until I am completely sick of it. Hardest thing for me for meal planning is I don’t eat meat. Trying to get enough protein without going carb crazy

    Hey Lan,
    Never buy another Taco seasoning packet again - here is a quick and easy Taco Recipe for you to try on your ground Turkey:
    (In past, I have used this with sautéed chicken thighs).
    EASY CHICKEN TACOS
    Yield: 6 Servings
    Prep Time: 15 Minutes
    Cook Time: 15 Minutes
    Total Time: 30 Mins
    INGREDIENTS:
    2 - teaspoons chilli powder
    1 - teaspoon ground cumin
    1 - teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular if you do not have smoked, the smokiness does bump the flavour up a notch, though)
    1 - teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 - teaspoon garlic powder
    Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (thighs have the most flavour!)
    1 - tablespoon canola oil
    12 mini flour tortillas, warmed (or use large ones and cut them in half)
    1 cup - Pico de gallo, homemade or store bought (easy recipes are found using Google). Make the day before or make and enjoy with these tacos. It is worth not missing this as it adds to overall flavour OR use jarred Salsa if you are making on short notice - use at least a medium heat Salsa
    1 avocado, halved, peeled, seeded and diced
    1/2 cup - chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    1 lime cut into wedges
    DIRECTIONS:
    1. In a small bowl, combine chilli powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Season chicken with chilli powder mixture (by mixing well to combine).
    2. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Working in batches, add chicken to the skillet in a single layer and cook until golden brown and cooked through (juices run clear), reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, I figure it to be 4-5 minutes per side
    Let cool before dicing into bite-size pieces.
    3. Serve chicken in tortillas (lightly toasted or steamed if you want) topped with Pico de gallo, avocado, cilantro and lime.
    Enjoy and may you never use an Old El Paso taco kit ever again!

    I love your transparency I just struggle with the fact that you're 8 weeks out from your wedding and prepping this hard. I know so many women who have done the same. Therefore truthfully they never did and no longer look like their wedding photos. It's like a little blip in their life they worked so hard for and they never looked like that before, nor after. Makes me sad.

    How do you cook this and take it out with you?
    Just cook all the veggies and noodles and sauces etc. mix it together and have it as like a whole individually meal if you’re not at home to reheat? (Also do you just reheat the meats on the stove when at home?)

    Top tip for getting rid of unwanted calories (so you can have those important greens instead!!) chuck out that over processed almond milk which is about 90% OIL and make your own. Needs only a good blender and a straining bag so cheap to do and takes about 5 mins and lasts for 5 days. You’re getting 100% almonds with a bit of salt to preserve it rather than all the trash they put in it. Cutting out processed stuff is way better for you (and effective) for weight loss than counting calories

    Omg I’m tracking macros currently and ACTUALLY TRYING and it’s so tricky to not go over on carbs and keep the calories low and it goes on and on! It’s a fun challenge but damn. I miss cookies. 😅

    All my coffees are cappuccinos I make at home LOL I’m sure that’s making me fluffy but I wouldn’t drink coffee any other way
