I love this woman, her passions, her strength, her generosity, her knowledge, her commitment to her beliefs. HWC is an incredible community. Wendy uses the tough LOVE approach. And she does love actors. People that want to move forward in their acting career would be stupid not to join HWC and her gifts to her community. Trust me, I've tried others and have wasted so much money. Right back to HWC I bounce. Join HWC and participate at your pace. Everyone has crazy lives and emotions that ride those waves. Believe me, I've had some shit that stops me cold in building on my career. But I pick myself up and move forward. I am grateful for the trampoline Wendy has made to catch us and catapult us back towards our dreams.

Hi Wendy, thank you for this video. Do you think it’s ok to put credits on your resume still if you never received the footage? i’m finding that most of the projects i’ve been in i never get footage from. I hound them down and they just never get them to me. 😅

There are roles for EVERY one. Every show has description of the person the need for each role that episode has: age, old/young/middle race, type. There are roles in films, commercials, and TV for EVERYONE
I started training 5 months ago at Stella Adler, I have a commercial / print agent and I've booked a lot of things so far, I think you should go for it now, why wait?
@@khaoticlol I love it, it’s so organized and it teaches deeply on depth, focus, character, specificity, everything! It’s a fun school, no doubt one of the best.
@@diabloakland I understand that your nervous but it’s our job as actors to risk, and be confident. You’re probably overthinking it, take a commercial class if you want to get a commercial agent, it’s a good start, but a big tip for commercial agents / auditions is to smile big and be happy, they love people that smile, I won’t speak on theatrical because I don’t have an agent for that yet, but for film I think it’s more about being specific about the character, place, memories, etc. and just living in the character, goodluck!

My HWC Master Course is 100% online, you take it at your own pace and we have live zoom training you can attend every week and relays as well!
Will it be harder to get an agent at 21 with only some theatre and great clips, then it would have been at 17 or 18?
