There are many BL shows now and many couples and a lot of really good actors in them, but what stood out for me in this series was how well Yu and Sam Lin made these characters believable as lovers who genuinely loved each other but who had hit a major speed bump in their relationship. Anyone who’s been in a relationship, heck anyone who’s been in love for a decent amount of time, can recognise in how these two look, listen, talk, touch and hold each other how strong their attachment is; they may be characters in a story but what these two actors did on screen for our entertainment felt real. Top edit, btw.

This is always a brilliant choice of song to accompany a story of love between a men. A male singer who (amazingly) doesn't feel the need to adorn his lyric with "girl", "woman", "she" etc to tell the world he's straight. Instead, a gender-inclusive text. He could easily be addressing a man. And therefore you show exceptional insight in choosing this beautiful song to complement these beautiful images of this beautiful love story.
This couple is iconic to me. Why weren't they cast in a new series together? They're performances in WBL were insanely good, mind blowing, and when you put them together...you get FIRE 🔥 I would enormously enjoy seeing them again ❤
tbh this series did not satisfied me. not bcs it’s bad,bcs it’s freaking good as in. call me whatever you want but there’s something between them that convincing me to watch this series again and again and again. Sam and Yu has a good chemistry,you can feel that i’m telling you. hope they will have another series together again bcs I can’t watch this drama again I might memorize all of their lines. hahshahdhahsha I almost curse shi de at the ending of s1 like!?!?!?that’s why til now shi yu’s slap keep me alive bcs that scene was so satisfying.🤩🤩🤩🤩thanks for this.
