All passengers are treated equally whether someone is Lao or not. It also does not matter if the person is a Lao from another country outside of Laos. Your accusation is mean-spirited and have no merit. Lao Airlines offers superb service and its employees are well-trained.
I have some suggestions to Lao Airline company like this: employees in the Wattaiairport at Vientiane, Laos needs to get more training their employees or the authority personal and needs to treat all Laotian out side of Laos equally due to ask tips or money, corruption or ask some food or alcohol to drink. This is something not nice.
