Personally, I love that they're actually not together and still have such great chemistry together. To me it makes their chemistry all the more real and great to watch. It's (too) easy to be nice to each other, and playful and respectful and so on, when physical attraction comes in the mix. But when I see 2 people who are as attractive as they are, and who keep it so professional between them, THAT makes me go 'wow'. It would be easy for them to be tempted to go down that path, but they don't. They are just good collegues and friends (and I often think Jay even acts sort of 'brotherly' towards Kristin), and to me that says a lot about them as individuals, how real and grounded they are.
