So my take on this song is they wanted Chrissy, she's just very very good at playing with the emotional parts to convey the climb to the top. Legends never die did that and had the hype factor in the huge drops at "Oh pick yourself up 'cause, LEGENDS NEVER DIE". I think this time they were kinda scared to push the key vocal parts too much so it wouldnt come back and bite them at the live perf like with RISE. The most frustrating thing is you can hear the singers go nuts in the back at " the fly phoenix fly " parts
I just feel like this is the continuing to Legends never die where in the worlds faker didn't win, but now the phoenix rises from the ashes and skt wins worlds again xD

You misquoted her, "People aren't here JUST for the song" and she is correct in that. Nobody listens/watches these worlds videos JUST for the song, there's way more going around it.
