Love this song. It’s the last song my brother and I listened to before he had a massive stroke. Now we are working together towards his comeback and with the Lord’s help, we will see that day. “Nasty weather” looks different for everyone but God is there to get us through that “season”.
This song feels like being kissed and held and swung in the arms of someone who loves you.
Refreshingly new sounds yet comfortingly familiar. Only Needtobreathe can hack that.

The day this song came out my girlfriend had broken up with me. When I got in my truck to go drive and clear my head this song came on and it could not have been a more perfect song to hear. This album is my favorite album of all time. So many great songs, thank you.

I remember when they played this for the first time at Red Rocks in 2018! So glad it finally came out!
This has been a hard year and was punctuated with my Grandmother passing last week. To find this song now has been a ray of hope. These guys have been one of mine and my wife's favorite bands for years since we saw the open for Edwin McCain during the first album at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach. This song grows on you. As infectious as HANG ON is, I think this is the better song because the lyrics imply that God is still there and in control in tough stormy times that we ultimately will all face.

Seasons is a song I wrote about a conversation I had with a friend of mine,” said Bear. “The short of it was that he had been going through some crazy things with his wife. And he just really felt crushed by it and came home one day from work and told his wife ‘I’m not going back until we figure out how to live our life without crashing every time we get bad news’. And that really struck me, so that’s what ‘Seasons’ is about- going through these tough times with people you love and knowing you’ll be able to get through it without acting so strongly.”
