The thing about this version is that they were good about making you sympathetic towards most of the Villians. Like they made you want them to have a second chance. Also still true to date...when Usagi turns into Serenity...its about to go down

something i alwyas found interesting is in the scene after galaxia leaves, they take turns talking to Usagi in pairs with the person who is closest to Usagi going first. Rei then Ami, Minako then Makoto, Haruka then Michiru, Hotaru then Setsuna, and Mamoru before Chibi-chibi. also the girl that ran like 20+ feet in the blink of an eye to take a magical bullet for her was not only the first to speak but her need to comfort Usagi seemingly allowed her to call out to her before she had even been restored.
I really like their reactions🙂. Without spoilers, the manga version and the new movies are much worse 😞😞😞 emotionally speaking, prepare your tissues, you're going to cry a lot. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
We're planning more Sailor Moon for sure, but are going to watch the Madoka movies next. Hopefully Cosmos will get its international release before we finish with those.

Mamoru : Actually, I thought we worked pretty well together. Not that I want to make it a regular event. Seiya : She’s all yours now, if you can handle that. But you’d better be good to her; ‘cause I know where you live.😏
@jenninkb Now you two need to watch Sailor Moon Crystal and the 2 movies, Sailor Moon Eternal and Sailor Moon Cosmos. Its a animation from the story was told in the manga, its quite different but its also really good.
We want to watch more Sailor Moon content but this was pretty emotional so we are going to take a break to watch the Madoka movies before we get back to more Sailor Moon content. We're hoping by the time we make it throught the movies, Cosmos will have its international release.

an interesting little tidbit. someone has made a fan series about Sailor moon. titles Solar sailor S. it retells the Stars season for the UsagiXSeiya shippers. it's worth looking into. but the episodes are rather difficult to track down.

Yesss, we saw those movies as well and really enjoyed them. We definitely want to cover more of Sailor Moon, but this was pretty emotional so we are going to watch Madoka next, and give ourselves some time to process the ending before getting back into more Sailor Moon content. Also waiting for Cosmos and hoping it will be released by the time we finish the Madoka movies.

the show started with her as 14. on the 100th episode she turned 15. interestingly this is the 200th episode and she's 16.
