I have only one F1 experience, but it is a good one!!!! Canada 2011 one of the best races EVER !!! safety car start, drying track, tire change, then 45 minutes of us huddled in the pouring rain!!! RED FLAG, restart behind safety car ,more drying track and tire changes!!! meanwhile Jenson Button in spite of 6 pit stops is in second place on the Last lap !!!! then Seb ran wide on the damp track and Jensen zipped inside him for the win!!! that pass was RIGHT IN FRONT OF US !!!! I thought that the stands would collapse when EVERYONE jumped up !!! 😊😊🏎🏎🏎🏎🏎🏎🏎🏁🍺
Love it! Thanks for the video, I’ll be there next race and I wasn’t even sure if I’d go on Friday but now I’m sure I will. Just a bit sad I won’t arrive till Thursday afternoon because the pit tour looks amazing!
Nice video, I did the towing recovery for the F1 from 1995 to 2005 with West Island Towing and every year it was a thrill, thanks for your nice tour.✨👍
@@drss3 apparently parking is awful, no parking at the track itself. So maybe leave your car at your hotel (or a parkade if it’s just for the day) and take the subway/metro. It goes right to the island if I understand correctly. Never been (first time this year!) but I’ve been doing a lot of research. There’s plenty of maps and stuff you can find online that should help you navigate, and I’m sure people will be helpful
@imjimil this is weird. I went and a friend when it was free. It’s called Open House. Thursday only Free. In the morning 9 to 11 am. This year might have been different. You need to be on mailing list and F1 got more popular now so you might need to get the free tickets online. But they indeed free. Also, when I went I had purchased tickets for another day so that gave access to the Thursday walk as well. It’s possible that the event got too popular though hence the random draw. This year it was insane apparently. There are other pitwalk events on the rest of the weekend but you definitely need paid tickets for those.
@@LSTAR06 the family grandstand is nice and close to track plus you see the cars from different angles and taking turns. Hairpin is not as fun IMO and far from track and cars go pretty fast so you don’t get to see them as well. Also the walk to the family grandstand is honestly more pleasant.
@@VinceLuca Hi - thanks for your reply. We ended up getting tickets in section 11. I thought the same thing about the hairpin, you wouldn't get to see much of the track at all. Plus, tickets were more $ as well. I wondering if we will be able to see any of the podium in section 11?
Hi I hope you will answer my question as fast as possible. Do I need ticket for the Thursday pit walk or I can just go there without any ticket, I’m planning to go for a Thursday pit walk this season in Montreal. And what time should I be there ?
I mean, you only live only live one life so you might as well go there and I went there before and the cars are really loud like really really loud like I was getting a hotdog and all of a sudden I hear gnome

Is it easy to access the circuit from downtown Montreal or 15-20 k outside?..
Awesome vid! What time did you go for the pit walk? I’d like to do that this year.

Is there a age restriction for the pit stop challenge in the fan zone?
Great video!! Thanks for sharing!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks for watching!
It`s possible pick up at Casino? I'm asking because I probably will pick the bus 777.

Where do you take the shuttle bus and what time
Out of the metro. They will guide you when there.

Is it worth it to buy the cheapest tickets admission general seats ??? I feel like trying what do you think ?
