It's normal to not get the artic reindeer because the X-mas egg has just a 1.5 probability to get a legendary that means that you're going to get 1 artic reindeer every 80-100 eggs or more, if you need a reference you get 1 crow every 40 eggs or more or 1 pet of the ocean egg every 20 eggs
