her statement about not everyone can be sqa is totally wrong, anyone can be sqa if they follow proper career path, the aesthetic sense automatically developed and sqa is not about only colors their are a lot of other technical aspects in sqa.

that is a very good step need some more detailed interviews with different persons that sketch-out big tech companies quality standards their testing methods and establish them in local market and inject in to academia streams to etch Organizational sense and the quality standards into the fresh mind and yield the benefits in future
