I have started this project with the intent to through improvised ambient musical compositions, help people relax and improve their general state of mind; to better navigate through life and interact with others. For all humans seeking to further themselves in this area of mental health, there are many different ways to develop, and it is my aspiration that this project can act as one of those ways for someone, either completely new to the habit of mindfulness or someone further along their journey, who through this music can feel supported to continue. Ultimately if I can help one person, to me, it will be a success.
