Hello Norman, I apologize, I've tried replying to you a couple times but for some reason it gives me errors, I hope you see this reply. I would like to do a video on Residence 2 when they have available but unfortunately this is the only built model currently. It also comes in 3 different front elevations. If you're interested in viewing this or others in the area that fit your criteria, I would be happy to help in your home search.
I like this home but don't like the idea of a junior suit with fridge . Next time can you show the outside backyard more on all your video I would like to see the backyard
Thank you Anison, it really is a beautiful home, I wish they did would leave the back door open to the backyard, if they left it unlocked I always like to walk outside, I try to show all aspects of home, as if you are coming along with me. If locked, I'll try to show more and slow it down more. Another thing I wish they would do is leave the garage unlocked, but some builders keep supplies and keep it locked, which I understand. Sometimes builders leave a peak a boo glass, which I like so we can see an idea of what it looks like. Working on releasing another video today, it's in Corona CA by Lennar Homes, I think you would like it, but unfortunately they have the laundry room upstairs, I've been noticing that a lot lately in the 2 story models.
