Those tracks on the Massey are actually pontoons. Designed to provide flotation to go over the wettest swamps. They were designed by Finnish company called Suokone Oy after one of their specially built Suokko swamp tractors got bogged to the roofline in Sweden. These are clearly designed for flotation, not traction. Tractors like this are used to power PTO driven implements, not to pull them.
