SQL is based on Relational algebra, then how is SQL non procedural where as relational algebra is procedural? I don't understand this.
u may understand it as C++ is based on C, but C is not oops based while C++ is oops language.
it is not procedural as you don't mention here how you do the process, it is just an extension of tuple relational calculus.
