This song and the way Bruno sings it gives me chills. He said he wrote this with Baby Face. Bruno's ability to bring emotions to his singing voice is everything. You feel the sorrow, pain and regret. Interestingly, I have never heard it perform live unlike his other catalogs.

Why you being so quite Toney, you been disturbing the fam or the neighbours, thinking you’re having a party. So good to look back, so much clarity and space in what the band is playing. Could listen back just to hear what the bass is doing and then the drums then guitar etc.His voice has so much emotion in it that a video isn’t needed. You feel all of the feels, I can hear Michael in his tone, young Michael, Temptations, Earth Wind and Fire, even Four tops this is the song he said was heading toward what he and Anderson did with Silk Sonic in an interview, have to agree. Thank you for this review. This was my favorite on 24K. When I first heard it I immediately heard and felt the "Never Can Say Good Bye" sample like he is channeling the Jackson 5. Bruno Mars is the ultimate everything. Now with Silk Sonic they are giving this generation the good vibes we had from the 70's and 80's.
