the thing he talked about washroom nahi jany dyty and all that its true in a very very big BPO named mind bridge they even cut your money for going on washroom and prayers I used to have 2000 rupees deduction every month for just for going to prayers not even for washroom. I never drink much water on my job time because agar wash room jana par gaya to break lagwani pary gi which will be unpaid same as for prayers.

Well.... Outbound/leadgen/telemarketing work is mostly run by BPO companies on outcome basis..... i.e. commission based work. In India the significant BPO players dont take commission based work. So outbound work is kinda easier to win, tougher to manage and make money off of. Mature/well established Indian BPO players havent been doing outbound work in I5+ years.
Then what Indian BPO's Do ? Kind of work.

This is his side of story while on other hand if you see Touchstone made him everything which he claims to be right now but in return what he gave to Touchstone everyone will be surprised to know.
Well, been through full podcast. I respect his journey and efforts but some of the thing I felt were too much from AJ bhai. iykyk
He is lying....He do not give any basic salary and also no attendance bonus of 10,000without sales.A full timer should have 16 sales to get attendance bonus of only 7000,while a part timer should have 10 sales to get bonus of 5000 only.

Well, I just wanted to share that Indians and the Philippines are doing fraud in bpo, however in Pakistan we have both campaigns for customer services as well as sales (inbound and outbound). So please don't say things if you don't know. Ibex, Mindbrige, Systems, Motive etc. These are the big names that are working on both projects, and there are a lot of companies that are working on different projects.
You have seen a tough time Ali bhai but now you are giving a tough time to your employees. Sorry to say you never bother to look into the issues. I would say hathi key daant khaney key or dikhaney key or

a person is hired for the sake of making sales, and the gross salary is paid for that very reason, so if you do not make sales, why should someone be paid the gross? Took me sometime to understand it but after sometime in the industry I understood k everyone works for their own profit, so if you're not providing profit to the latter, he won't provide anything to you.
The poor chap don't know the big IT companies of India also have their BPO vertical HCL, wipro, Tech Mahindra and so many others. The number of Indians who can speak in far better accent pakistanis are more than your population. They are really living in a different world. Feel sad for them.
