Hi. I just made this today. My previous attempt was the wet besan and flour mixture with lots of ghee which failed. This one worked way better. Mine wasn't perfect, I probably could've let the sugar get darker but it's a great improvement on the wet one. I've followedyour instructions well, didn't even use ghee, I used butter and it still worked. Thank you, from South Africa 😊
