I never thought about how God rested after He made Adam and Eve, even though He knew what they would do. He didn’t meddle or try and coerce them into doing the right thing. He rested. Wow. That’s wild. Lord, help me rest in You and trust you with everything I need. Help me to do the things You’ve called me to, but help me rest as well. Amen.
