Hi Sara. Thank you very much for the recipe. I have some questions. Does egg size or grade affect the texture of the cookies? If so, which size or grade do you use? And if I want to use powder, not liquid for the flavouring, how much should I use it? Thanks again :)
Now, the size does not matter much but do use A grade. When you use powder color and flavor, be prepared to add few drops of coconut cream. At the end, make sure the dough not to wet and do act of balancing. 130-140 g of coconut cream is just enough.
Hi Sara, I have sago pearls, is this the same if I grind this to use as sago flour in your recipe? I tried looking on amazon and no luck. Local grocery stores don't have it either.

Yes we use sago flour.
We not recommend tapioca flour. We had try many times using tapioca flour and I won’t melt in mouth easily.

Hi there. I would not advise that. Can you find arrowroot flour? That is the best replacement so far !

Mix tapioca and corn flour better. Taste will be the same but texture will be different. It will be less crispy
