This was a Dre collaboration, however due to creative differences, Rakim decided to abandon the project. Thankfully, this leaked out. The album was going to be fittingly titled Oh My God. The production on the track "After You Die" has the promise of a missed opportunity. That said, Rakim felt pressure to rap about gang violence, hood-related matters, so he walked away, gravitating toward his spiritual and conscious leanings. I noticed another subscriber mentioned "The 18th letter". This is fire, too. It's the kind of joint that is short yet sharp: it defines Rakim's laver-like flow.
