Being in farming from childhood itself, I can clearly tell this sounds like highly impractical method. We can control weeds by Deweeding once or twice in one cropping season, mulching, drip irrigation, cover crop etc.
Practically it won't possible in large fields. Organic concept is all about manual, reliable, durable, sustainable and environmental. But in these it is very difficult to do for earning purpose. For self we can do it in backyard.

Dear Manoj, if you have more than 10 acres than we would recommend using Hay Straw for laying on the ground. Each acre needs about 1.5 Acres of Hay Straw which would cost you about 5-7K and it's a one time investment. This method not only eradicates the weed permanently but will also save periodic costs that you incur for weeding labor. Kindly give it a shot for a smaller area and it's worth it. Without try don't say it's an impractical method, we have done this for 1/2 acre about 10 months ago and we haven't spent a dime on weed labors.

Good question, take them out when they are young, if they get old the seeds will start spreading and more of them will come. They will still come back after u remove them, don’t get disheartened do the same and likewise they will start reducing. Also cultivate Millets densely under the coconut plantation, these Millets will control the unwanted parthenium growth by not giving space to them. Don’t use removed parthenium plants for compost, they will again germinate when you apply the compost. Instead burn them and use the ash ash as manure because they will be rich in carbon.

I found mulching is one best method, but unfortunately our farmers don't follow.

Coir will take longer time to decompose Also will attract termite or ants. Better use medium which decomposes within 1 to 3 months. It is just my view.

Which is best method,
1. If we put grass over the soil means, it will not affect by direct sunlight. So the Earthworm will not get affect. I heard that earthworm needs moderate climate.
2. The idea which you have mentioned is soil over the grass. The height of soil over the grass is 1 ft. So the earthworm and microorganisms within that 1ft soil . And the above soil will affect by direct sunlight. Direct sunlight will harm anything in soil sir.?
So which is best method and also what is the difference ?. This is my thought. If I am wrong please explain this sir.

You are right about the First point about mulching. Mulching also helps millions of micro organisms multiply and enrich the soil when jeevamrutha is provided 20 days once.
Point 2 is the minimum height of the bed should be 1 feet. it is sufficient for most of the vegetables growing root. Once the leafy greens are harvested, you can mulch on the vegetable bed too.

To be not affected by neighbouring farms, you should follow this method,
your farm should have a trench of 2ft wide * 1.5 ft depth so that when it rains the chemical mixed water from neighbouring farms will not enter your farm and the nutrient top soil will not be eroded.

Just wade ur hand in the soil and remove weeds and unwanted seeds, clean it manually. I hope you have understood my point.

3*100 ಅಡಿ ಬೆಡ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವೇಸ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಬೋರ್ಡ್-ಅನ್ನು ಹರಡಿ, ಇದರಿಂದ ಕಳೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ನಿವಾರಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ನಂತರ ಆ ಓಡಾಡುವ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಣ್ಣನ್ನು ತೆಗದು ಸೋಸಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ 3*100 ಅಡಿ ಬೆಡ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರ ಬರುವಷ್ಟು ಹಾಕಿ.
