We have the best beaches in Europe with 800 blue flags (water quality-services-cleanliness). Its lovely people. COME AND YOU WILL BE CONVINCED. (Because we receive 80M tourists, he answers......)

Hi Zada, Technically it wasn't done by Felix Candela, the building itself, which you are correct is the submarine restaurant located at L'Oceanografic, an aquarium. It is a tribute to Felix Candela and the design is inspired on his design of the Hotel Casino de la Selva, es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hotel_Casino_de_la_Selva .
You will probably find that it is his design, however if you check the bulding was opened in 2003, and Felix Candela died in 1997. It can be count as his design, partially as what was done basically was taking his design from the Hotel casino and adapt it to the new materials and the bigger size of the building and of couse improving the design in order to make it feasible and more secure structurally talking, one of the structural designers was one of my professors at University I hope this helps
