Really amazing very nice owner and lovely car ,I'm just to have a1982 Volkswagen Caribe (rabbit)yellow color my best car..everI;I did work for a Volkswagen dealer in the 1989 to 1993(the last Volkswagen Beetle classic with a boxer engine with hydraulic lifters,double oil pump,oil filter and fuel injection,alternator and an alarm....(in north of Mexico)

Amazing thing is, the takeover actually improved the dealership. An old beetle beats a Tiguan/Atlas/Arteon any day of the week.

I live in a small town in Alaska. My buddy told me yesterday that he knew where there was an old Samba nearby- he had buried one 30 years ago and used it as a septic tank in his yard. My heart sank.....😢
