Well he died in episode 1 due to natural causes 5 times (i think) So i've constructed a threory: Ball after realising he was gonna get eliminated hid Firey sr(idk where,maybe that one loction that epic girl chassed epic guy into) So he placed a gravestone and convinced everyone that he was dead and there was no way to recover him
maybe, though there’s probably a reason to why chortle made it like this, it could be because hexagon left production due to firey sr being hard to voice and chortle did a thing similar to what Pixar did to doc Hudson in the cars franchise when Paul Newman died
