Nice hike with some impressive views. That elevation gain was quite demanding. Well done on your climb. Beautiful trail and views made it worth the effort. Hope all is well. Have a great day.

When you said “my kids used to climb that” that’s really cool. Good memories you have out there.
Beautiful hiking trail. Those views are amazing 👍🏻👍🏻

When they were younger they went out a lot with me.
Then there is that middle stage where they want nothing to do with anything you do.
Now, they are both grown and really appreciate their time outdoors again.
      Thanks Jason!

@JimHayesHiking thanks Jim. I haven't had much time to hike this year. I'm losing my groove.

Nice long hike with great elevation! Whew!! Sounds hot though- good thing you knew where to find the spring. I’d have to head out the ridge to check out the wildflowers … the Sego Lily is beautiful!! Pretty views all around! ⭐️⭐️🌻🌻 - Jen

I knew there would be a few hidden wildflowers in those pines, but I was surprised by just how beautiful they were.
      Thanks for following along.

Heck of a climb to the top of the ridge, thanks for making this video, enjoyed it and I’m really wanting to get back out there and do some more hiking. Probably early September. Thanks!

It has been so hot I've hardly gotten many hikes in myself. I am looking forward to Teton Crest Trail in September.
      Thanks for watching.

I love my Cache Valley hikes.
Jardine Juniper and across the ridge from mendon to Rattlesnake Trail will be coming once it cools a bit more.
      Take care!

@IceBearHalfwayPoint I should have gotten a better picture. They are very simple but beautiful. So glad I was able to get into what was left of the wildflowers. It's been so hot.
      Take care!

Wonderful day on the trail. We've been having heat and humidity since the beginning of July that we have not experienced for such a length of time here on the coast...been as high as +40C with 100% humidity. There has been no movement outside with poor Otis...even going out to do his business sees him coming in panting for his life to cool off. Some pretty amazing views up there...but it sure does look like it could get rather parched and hot indeed!

The heat has been relentless since June. I have hardly been out, and it has taken a toll on me. I'm so out of shape.
Poor Otis, I hope cooler weather is coming so he can get out more.
      Take care!
