Ok, how old is this video? The Comment ranking (@1:56) is not anywhere in my profile settings. I followed the map you laid out, but no Comment ranking toggle. Perhaps Facebook removed the option for it. Which is why I ask, how old was this feature before the TH-cam video was uploaded.

@@sikadigitalsno it doesn't work for profiles I just saw someone in comments with Follow button but his profile doesn't have comment ranking turned on and when I turn it on it doesn't work either.

I followed the process and mine shows "show most relevant comment first" which nothing happened when I turned it on for y business page.
