I didn't understand your question...
I'm explaining what I understood:
For every claim we open.. first we need to do
pre analysis which includes denials on claim or no response claim..
If claim is denied.. we need to see why it was denied and also see previous claims of same patient.. if other claims are denied for same reason
......
Second part..
We need to do on call analysis or portal analysis
. ...
Third part:
Post call, proper documentation and notes posting should be done..
