I believe you have the best sounding Rebel 500, or at least the best-recorded exhaust sound on TH-cam at the moment. K-Speed sells a number of different exhaust pieces for the Rebel 500. I like the look of the single outlet units myself, but they don't seem to sound as good as this unit you installed.
Passenger foot rest has to remove in order to install this exhaust. I wouldn't recommend this exhaust if you planning to take passenger. Hope that help.
Just asking. If you were to change your stock exhaust to aftermarket exhaust do you have to tune your (F.I) motorcycle? Or is it just plug and play? (Sorry for my bad english)
It's not as loud as regular Harley Davidson motorcycles you see on the road. I work right by police station and I haven't got pull over yet for loudness. Deep sound just like Harley but not as loud. People can hear me coming a block away tho.

I just typed in Honda Rebel 500 exhaust and it comes out whole bunch of them. Look for the one that look like my. They got different sellers selling the sane exhaust.
If you watch the first part of the video, you will see where I bolt the bracket at. It wasn't hard to install cause I got all right the tools. Hope that help.

I saw Arrow but you go from 93dB to 94 (it's a waste in my opinion) and this one seems to be really good but I don't want to have something irregular because an irregular exhaust will "cost" me the bike...
I order my from eBay. Some guy was selling for $249. And other people are selling $269, $279. I order the cheapest prize. They all the same from K-Speed custom I believe. They might have it Amazon now

All I did was installed the new exhaust. I didn't do retune. No backfire at all since I put in on. Hope that help

Was it hard to install? My support bracket does not seem to line up very well with with the bike.

Yeah my very first bike was Honda rebel 250 when I first started riding back in 2005. Great choice for your first bike. U will love it = )

Not quite sure cause I only ride a few times before I got the new exust. I pretty sure it did increase the HP.

Yesir. There's an exact exhaust which you don't have to remove passenger pegs. It's a little longer.
