Sorry to say - very disorganized country - Housing, MTR, Hospital , Education ... everything is in a mess. It is a pity to see the Country is so rich spending so much money - ending bad management.
Be serious, the situation is not laughable, it's depressing. But then again, what can the rest of the world do? Laughing (whoever) at people's misery only reflects your ignorance. I take no notice to those who don't show any care on people's hardship in life.
